Ans:-If this is the definition of fitness in your mind then please go for some combat sports or any other sports, instead of bullying the weak, lot of people have this load of crap filled inside their head that by having some serious mass, strength, stamina or endurance, they can really beat anyone. Well guess what, you are on the wrong shore, fitness is a discipline, a lifetime commitment and a way of living.God has created all sorts of human beings, even if you have the most biggest biceps in the gym, then also don't be over-confident that you are the strongest creature on Earth, because there is always someone out there to kick your booty, the only person you should try to beat is yourself and by this I don't mean to say you have to punch yourself on a daily basis, it means whenever you are standing in front of the mirror with your clothes off, then you should always think like this, "I am going to beat that fat or skinny person standing in the mirror!"
It might be a struggle for some or a lot of people to incorporate fitness into their daily lifestyle, but it still can be any activity which brings you lots and lots of happiness, not only going to the gym is being fit but pursuing any sports can also keep you fit forever, be it running, soccer, weight-lifting, boxing,etc. So don't think that only by joining the best gym and spending lots and lots of money will make you fit.
"If you are fit then you are super hit!", (sorry for using a Bollywood sort of phrase) by this phrase I mean to say that you will be less vulnerable to various diseases out there in the environment, means you will improve your immunity, your blood circulation will be be enhanced which will bring a glow to your face, your balance will improve, you will be more agile, your digestion will improve and so is your metabolism which will prevent problems like constipation, bloating, gas, etc. and there are many more benefits if you are fit and you are always working on it!
Think of it like this, if you are fit for your lifetime, will you ever be a burden on your family when you will grow old, "I don't think so!" because you will tend to do all the work by yourself rather than relying on your loved ones to take care of you, although they won't complain because you are their responsibility but still ask yourself, would you like to make them running after you, and paying your hospital and medicine bills?
