Q.Why most of the people prove to be a disaster when it comes to their fitness level?
Ans:-Nobody wants to leave that beautiful couch which gives a relaxing sensation to your buttocks, and that cute remote which keeps the excitement going even if it is the time for you to leave for some more important work. But as we are proceeding more and more in our life by passing days, weeks, months or years, we are embracing more and more laziness, every human being has got to die sometime, but we are here to fight with the death and not just invite it with our actions by which it gets closer, you are sent here for some reason and you are not even questioning yourself then how can you fulfill that reason!
"Hey, don't tell me all that bullshit, I am skinny or I am having no gut which is popping out, or not even a single layer fat on my body, which means I am fit!". For some people this is the definition of fitness to them I can say,"Okay, what is your athletic level of performance?", they will take some time and probably will lie because I am not spying them 24/7, I have other work to do! You can lie to me and to the whole world but can you lie to yourself and the God!
So what can you do about fitness, it's simple start out slow, no need to rush, no need to be Milkha Singh, you can probably injure yourself, if you don't have any workout experience, so it's better to be a turtle rather than being a rabbit as you may have already heard this phrase, "Slow and steady, always wins the race!". There are so many fitness programs out there and so many videos on YouTube to help you out, so don't feel that you are alone, and people most often here thinks getting fit means joining a gym membership, and this is where you spend lots and lots of money on expensive supplements as told by your coach and a not-so tasty diet, and still you don't see the results as you expect, and eventually you leave that gym or just pass your time with coaches or hot chicks and there you are wasting your family's hard-earned money, do you love your family or not, think about it!
Since this is my first post, so don't expect all information in one post, I will be there to help you out always, so don't worry, I will help you out on your fitness journey, and since I am also going to improve my fitness and my body, so I will be working myself along with you which means you are not alone!
