Q.Is there any way, to get abs without diet?
Ans:-Maybe yes, but then you will have to workout like crazy with the same intensity and dozen of hours and then you may have some abs visibility, but then will you have the time to socialize with your best friends and your loved ones, you will not be less than an animal and humans are social animals. So, rather than working so hard you can work on your willpower, if you are competing for bodybuilding competitions or any particular sport then you may need a strict diet regimen but to have a ripped body you can have cheat meals once or twice a week and it will serve you as a reward (as Tony says), so rather than punishing your taste buds you can take a break with your workouts and your diet, but remember the more you cheat the expected results will be taking more and more time, respectively.
Okay, now coming to diet, who said that it is a torture, it's not!Even healthy foods can be made as a cheat meal, so you can still have a healthy meal which will satisfy your taste buds then you are on the right track, and you are surely in for long-time success, because if you are having the food which you like you are hardly going to go off-track and maybe you can avoid those cheat meals.Never deep fry your food by that you can even make an 8oz. chicken breast (which is a healthy source of lean protein) into an unhealthy source of food, so think again!
Never go for "Yo-Yo diet" because then you are doing injustice to your body which the great God has gifted, by this diet I mean to say that never go for the diet which celebs take for a particular role or for their daily lifestyle, because first of all they are celebs they are having the country's best nutritionist to advise them and even if they have some kind of a problem then they can spend lots of millions on the world's most expensive treatment, can you do that?So what I am talking here is that everyone has a different body and so is their daily calorie needs, you are going to take any less than that (Crash diet) you may start losing muscle mass and any more than that (if it is not clean bulk) then you may start to end up being a fat person, so think again!
So avoid "Crash Diet" and don't look diet as a punishment, it's not, it's fun and once you start to know how to do it, then you can be what you want to become.
